Deepwater Access
Heavy-haul road with a gentle three percent gradient leads directly to a vertical-faced, steel and concrete headwall in Lorneville Harbour. The facility offers 8.7 metres of depth at mean tide, accommodating large-scale barge operations.

Engineered for Scale
The access road is approximately 980 metres long and 28 metres wide (shoulder to shoulder), specifically designed to support oversized loads and multi-axle heavy transporters.

Robust Mooring & Equipment
The site is equipped with four 25-tonne mooring bollards and two mooring/breasting dolphins, ensuring secure berthing for a range of vessel sizes and requirements.

Flexible Capacity
Handles barge sizes from 23 metres (75 ft) wide by 76 metres (250 ft) long, up to 31 metres (100 ft) wide by 122 metres (400 ft) long, with drafts up to 21 feet. Ready for both standard and specialized industrial shipments.

Ample Laydown Space
10 hectares of adjacent laydown area, ideal for staging, storage, or assembly of large project components, heavy equipment, and bulk materials.
