Your Connection to Global Growth

We connect business with land, infrastructure, and insight—so you can focus on growth.

Saint John is home to one of Canada’s strongest industrial ecosystems. From the country’s largest oil refinery to a large-scale barge facility, and hundreds of industrial firms, Saint John drives real economic impact across sectors.

And it’s not just about what’s here now—it’s what’s next. Wind energy projects are in motion, and more than 70% of New Brunswick’s power already comes from green and non-emitting sources. Add in custom-serviced land that’s ready-to-build on, and a team that moves at your speed, and you’ve got everything you need to set up, scale fast, and lead in a low-carbon economy.
